Access Policy (Services only)
Services also have access policies, described in the ANDS Collections Registry through a link to a web page or other resource that describes or invokes the policies for accessing a service. The link has its own element, <accessPolicy>, under <service>.
Access policy for services is described by recording a URL that points to a resource. This could be a web site, or, for example, an XACML resource. XACML is eXtensible Access Control Markup Language, a declarative access control policy language. The access policy may be, but need not be, machine-readable.
