Dr Lee Taylor MBBS, DRANZCOG, MPH, FAFPHM
Dr Lee Taylor is a medical epidemiologist and public health physician in the Centre for Epidemiology and Research at the NSW Department of Health. She has managed the record linkage programme at the Department of Health since 1994, was instrumental in the establishment of the Centre for Health Record Linkage (CHeReL) in 2006, is a member of the CHeReL Management Committee and is a consultant epidemiologist at the CHeReL. She has extensive experience in the legal, ethical and privacy issues relating to the collection, use and disclosure of health data for research and management of health services. She is a past chair of the Department of Health Ethics Committee. Lee is also custodian of health department data collections that relate to the health of mothers and babies in NSW, and has been responsble for annual reports on the health of mothers and babies in NSW since 1994.
